Spotted on r/dumbphones and thought it was too funny not to share. Hat tip to u/willismthomp. Apparently this sign was posted at the entrance to a hiking trail.

Some people on reddit were like "oh those poor kids, they're so neglected." Mmm, no, your concern is misplaced. Consider: this sign looks like it was made by a six-year-old, but it's packing-taped to the back of a stop sign. I strongly suspect parental involvement. What I'm betting happened is that this family was out hiking and saw some other family staring at their phones. The parents expressed disapproval, the kid picked up on it and made this sign, and the parents thought it was funny and helped the kid put it up. So yes, some kids are badly parented, but not this kid, probably.
(I was that kid once, and I had those parents. If smartphones had existed when I was 5 or 6 years old, you almost certainly would have seen this kind of thing from me.)
